Shipping policy

We ship JANI orders all over Egypt. Here is what to expect.

Where we deliver

We deliver to all governorates in Egypt. We do not ship outside Egypt at the moment.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and handed to the courier within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday or on a public holiday are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

After the order leaves us, delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days inside Cairo, Giza and Alexandria, and 3 to 6 business days for other governorates. These are estimates from the courier, not guarantees, and busy periods or sales can add a day or two.

Shipping cost

The shipping fee depends on your governorate and is shown at checkout before you confirm and pay.

Cash on delivery

You can pay cash to the courier when your order arrives. Please have the full amount ready, as couriers may not carry change.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships we send you a confirmation. If you have not received any update after 6 business days, email us at janistore2026@gmail.com with your order number and we will follow up with the courier.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double check your address and phone number before confirming your order. If the courier cannot reach you or the address is wrong, the order comes back to us and you may be asked to cover the shipping again for a second attempt.
